Summer’s the Season April 21, 2008

Howdy folks!!

Well as the business plans are being finalised let me tell you more about how it all began. Well we three friends were just sitting about and talking about Summer Jobs, because we all do have other occupations too, you know!
So we decided to start up a new summer business. One idea was to set up a lounge but we had to shoot it down due to space unavailabilities.
So we have started this venture in its beta version only for this vacation, till around first week of June, 2008.

The Idea Behind BookEt April 20, 2008

BookEt is a joint venture between 3 friends who had nothing to do one Summer afternoon. We decided to start a business.

Books got involved simply because we love reading and value our book collections!

We decided to combine it and start a kind of library where we lend our books for a small price.

This way we aim towards introducing our books to a wider range of people who might otherwise miss out on some great books.

We also aim at making good literature easily accessible, so as to promote the reading interest amongst people embroiled in a hectic city-life.

And of course we hope to learn new skills and enhance our existing skills and knowledge in the due course of setting up this venture.
